PRINCETON, NJ – Hilton Realty Co.’s property management team earned another TOBY Award (The Outstanding Building of Year) from the Philadelphia Chapter of the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) in the under 100,000 square foot class for Interchange Corporate Center in Plymouth Meeting, PA. The TOBY is awarded each year to recognize excellence in property management in a variety of categories, including curb appeal, cleanliness, maintenance, energy efficiency, tenant relations, community involvement, cost control and knowledge and professionalism of the staff. Hilton Realty Co. has won five TOBY awards in the past four years.
This year’s winning team included Diana Kirsch, Ralph Zecca and Thomas Schall. Interchange Corporate Center was also awarded BOMA Philadelphia’s “Best of the Best” award for tenant relations.
“Winning a TOBY Award is a year-round commitment to excellence,” said Hilton’s Director of Commercial Properties, Luke Marsden. “Nominees for this award are judged by a team of their peers; a team that knows office buildings inside and out and will not be fooled by a quick cleaning and a coat of paint the week before judging. Hilton’s key to success in this competition has been to keep our buildings clean and well-maintained all the time.”
