Hilton Management, LLC wins The Outstanding Building of the Year (TOBY)!

Hilton Management, LLC wins the TOBY award from the New Jersey chapter of the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) for office buildings under 100,000 square feet. The winning building, Princeton Executive Campus is a three-story office and medical office building on U.S. Hwy 1 in Monmouth Junction, NJ. This is the eleventh win for Hilton Management in as many years. The Outstanding Building of the Year (TOBY) Awards are the most prestigious and comprehensive programs of their kind in the commercial real estate industry recognizing quality in buildings and rewarding excellence in building management. In this annual competition, all facets of the building’s operations are evaluated. The buildings and staff are judged on a variety of subjects including financial efficiency, maintenance, curb appeal, community involvement and “green” policies and procedures. BOMA New Jersey held the award ceremony in November. Hilton now goes on to compete in the Northeast Region competition.

Hilton wins the 2019 BOMA award for the Under 100,000 Square Foot category

PRINCETON, NJ – Hilton Realty Co.’s property management team earned the “2019 The Outstanding Building of Year” (TOBY) Award from the New Jersey Chapter of the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA). The award was for 300 Carnegie Center in the under 100,000 square foot category.

The TOBY award recognizes building quality and management excellence. To earn the award, all facets of the building’s operations are evaluated, including maintenance, cleanliness, energy conservation efforts, tenant-relations programs, community involvement, emergency preparedness, security standards and continuing education for building personnel.

“It’s a tremendous honor to lead a team of property managers that have earned seven TOBY awards in as many years,” said Hilton’s Director of Commercial Properties, Luke Marsden. “We strongly believe in providing a safe, comfortable and worry-free work environment for our tenants. This achievement demonstrates our commitment to those objectives ”
